Dillon Ayer is a nervous-system specialist with more than twenty years of experience in alignment, breathwork, structural bodywork, and human coherence. His work blends ancient practices, modern nervous-system science, and a lifetime of lived sovereignty across four continents.
Dillon grew up in the Yorkshire Dales of northern England, where quiet, land, and early solitude shaped the foundation of his presence-based approach. Over the last two decades, he has lived and trained throughout Hawai‘i, California, Santa Fe, Central America, and the mountains of Southern Appalachia—immersing himself in lineages that understand coherence, stillness, and repair through the nervous system.
For the past seven years, he has shared Alphabiotic Alignment throughout North America and Central America, offering his greatest work in settings ranging from retreat centers to private intensives to high-performance equestrian groups. His years in the mountains of Southern Appalachia deepened his alignment practice and grounded his understanding of nature-based nervous-system repair.
Dillon has been based in Delray Beach, Florida for the past several years, where he now supports individuals, entrepreneurs, and world-class equestrians. His equestrian experience includes working with Grand Prix and high-performance riders in Wellington and Delray, helping them access whole-brain function, nervous-system neutrality, and performance-level precision.
His approach is grounded, steady, and trauma-informed. Dillon specializes in helping people overcome chronic stress, over-activation, emotional freeze, and the invisible “lifetime accumulated stress load” that most people carry without knowing it. His work restores nervous-system neutrality, emotional coherence, and internal stability.
