Stress Off. Precision On.

A precise nervous-system reset helping riders restore balance, symmetry, and feel in the saddle.

Nervous-System Alignment For Equestrian Performance

‍ ‍

Performance, balance, and connection don’t start in the muscles — they start in the nervous system.

This work has been applied inside active equestrian programs during long show seasons, daily training cycles, and high-pressure environments where timing, balance, and clarity matter immediately. When a rider is in a stress state, vision narrows, timing tightens, and the horse feels every imbalance.

When the rider shifts into whole-brain coherence:

• Posture organizes naturally

• Timing softens without loss of precision

• Communication becomes clearer and quieter

  • A rider’s state can influence timing, communication, balance and the quality of the rider-horse interaction.

Working Inside Active Training Environments

This work fits active equestrian programs, during long show seasons, daily training cycles, and high-pressure environments where timing, balance, and clarity matter immediately.

Sessions integrate seamlessly into barn life without disrupting horses, trainers, or established training systems.

What I Do

I offer a precise, non-force nervous-system reset that quickly disengages stress, widens peripheral vision, restores balance, and helps riders drop into a calm, centered state that horses respond to immediately.

Horses are not worked on directly — they respond naturally when the rider’s nervous system shifts into coherence.

This is not chiropractic, massage, or stretching. It’s a direct recalibration of the brain-body system that governs muscle tone, posture, and reaction patterns.

Available this season: private rider sessions and full barn/team alignment days in Wellington.

Benefits for Riders and Horses

*Wider peripheral vision and clearer lines

  • Improved natural balance and posture

  • Calmer nervous system → better connection

  • Faster reaction time without tension

  • Reduced training stress and over-effort

  • More consistent performance through long show weeks

  • When the rider’s state changes, the horse often responds to that change.

Meet Dillon

Nervous-System Alignment for Riders and Trainers.

My work with riders grew from applying Alphabiotic Alignment to the unique demands of equestrian performance — balance, awareness, coordination, recovery, and the relationship between the rider’s state and the horse beneath them.

Over the years, I’ve worked with riders in Wellington, Florida, Tryon International Equestrian Center, North Carolina barns, and Traverse City Horse Shows in Michigan, including internationally accomplished competitors. Through that experience, I’ve seen how changes in the rider’s state can be reflected in clarity, balance, connection, and presence.

I have a genuine love for horses and a deep understanding of how the rider’s nervous-system state can influence the partnership. The intention is simple: help the rider become more organized, receptive, and coherent before getting back in the saddle.

When the rider changes, the horse often feels it immediately.

Available in Wellington year-round for private rider sessions, with barn and team alignment days scheduled in advance.
