Nervous System Experiences for Teams & Organizations

Education you can understand. An experience you can feel.

BrainReboot.org offers immersive nervous-system experiences for teams, organizations, leadership groups, athletic programs, and performance-focused communities.

Each engagement combines clear nervous-system education with the opportunity to experience Alphabiotic Alignment directly — helping participants better understand the role that stress, protection, recovery, adaptation, and nervous-system state can play in performance, communication, resilience, and everyday life.

These experiences are designed to be practical, memorable, and immediately relevant to the people in the room.

What the Experience Includes

This team experience moves beyond simply talking about stress. Participants are given a practical framework for understanding nervous-system state — and an opportunity to experience that work directly.

Nervous System Education

A clear, engaging presentation exploring how accumulated stress, protective patterns, and nervous-system state can influence the way we move, communicate, recover, focus, adapt, and perform.

Experiential Demonstration

Participants see the principles discussed in the presentation brought into a real-world context, connecting nervous-system education with observable patterns in the body.

Individual Alphabiotic Alignment

Participants have the opportunity to experience Alphabiotic Alignment individually. For first-time groups, simple pre- and post-alignment observations may be incorporated to help participants notice changes in their own organization and experience.

Integration

The team experience concludes by connecting what participants have learned and experienced back to everyday life — including performance, recovery, communication, training, stress, relationships, health practices, and personal growth.

Why Nervous System State Matters to a Team

Every person brings a nervous system into the room.

How that system is responding to pressure, workload, recovery, change, competition, communication, and accumulated stress can influence how a person experiences and responds to the environment around them.

For a team, those individual states become part of the collective environment.

The experience gives participants a different lens through which to understand that relationship…. connecting nervous-system state with areas such as:

  • Focus and responsiveness

  • Recovery and adaptation

  • Communication and connection

  • Stress awareness

  • Movement and body awareness

  • Performance under pressure

  • Personal growth and resilience

The intention is not to tell people how they should feel or perform. It is to give them a clearer understanding of the nervous system they are already living and working through — and an experience that makes that understanding tangible.

Choose the Right Format for Your Team

Programs can be adapted to the size, setting, and goals of the group — from a focused introduction to a more immersive half-day or full-day engagement.

Team Introduction

60–90 minutes | Small teams and groups

A focused introduction to nervous-system state and Alphabiotic Alignment for teams looking for a meaningful shared experience within a shorter window.

Includes:

  • Nervous-system education

  • Experiential demonstration

  • Individual Alphabiotic Alignment where appropriate

  • Group integration and discussion

Programs begin at $1,750.

Half-Day Team Program

Approximately 3–4 hours | Up to 20 first-time participants

The flagship format.

A deeper combination of nervous-system education, experiential learning, individual Alphabiotic Alignment, and integration. The additional time allows participants to understand the framework, experience the work individually, and connect what they notice back to performance, recovery, communication, stress, and everyday life.

Half-day programs begin at $3,500.

Full-Day Team Program

Full-day format | Approximately 30–40 first-time participants

Designed for larger teams or organizations that want to create space for a more complete experience.

The full-day format allows nervous-system education and group learning to be combined with individual first-time Alignments throughout the day without unnecessarily rushing participants through the process.

Full-day programs are individually scoped.

Returning Teams

For groups that have already completed an introductory engagement, follow-up programs can accommodate significantly more participants and can be structured around ongoing team development, performance, recovery, or periodic nervous-system reset work.

Recurring, seasonal, and multi-visit engagements are available.

Built for Different Kinds of Teams

The nervous system is relevant anywhere people are navigating pressure, performance, communication, recovery, or sustained demands.

Programs can be adapted to the environment and the people involved while maintaining the same core foundation of nervous-system education and experiential work.

Organizations & Leadership Teams
For groups navigating demanding workloads, decision-making, communication, change, and sustained professional pressure.

Technical & High-Performance Teams
For people working in environments where concentration, adaptability, problem-solving, and recovery from prolonged cognitive demand matter.

Athletic & Performance Teams
For athletes, coaches, and performance-focused groups interested in the relationship between nervous-system state, awareness, recovery, coordination, and performance under pressure.

Retreats & Private Groups
For retreat leaders, facilitators, private communities, and curated gatherings looking to incorporate nervous-system education and individual experiential work into an existing program.

Equestrian Teams & Programs
For riders, trainers, barns, and equestrian programs exploring nervous-system state in relation to balance, awareness, recovery, and performance.

How an Engagement Works

The process is intentionally straightforward.

1. Initial Conversation
We begin with a short conversation about your organization, team, event, number of participants, location, and what you are looking to create.

2. Program & Scope
The appropriate format is selected and the engagement is scoped around group size, available time, setting, and logistical requirements.

3. Proposal & Booking
For larger or customized engagements, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the program, professional fee, travel requirements when applicable, and event logistics.

4. Preparation
Before the engagement, practical details are coordinated with your organizer so participants know what to expect and the experience integrates smoothly into the day.

5. The Engagement
Nervous-system education, experiential learning, and individual Alphabiotic Alignment are delivered according to the selected format and needs of the group.

6. Follow-Up
Where appropriate, follow-up resources, integration, additional sessions, or recurring engagements can be arranged.

For Traveling Engagements

Programs are available beyond South Florida for appropriate teams, retreats, organizations, and private groups.

Traveling engagements are scoped as complete professional engagements, with necessary travel and logistical requirements established clearly during the proposal process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a medical or therapeutic program?

No. These engagements are educational and wellness-focused. Alphabiotic Alignment is presented as a non-medical nervous-system practice and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, or other licensed healthcare.

Does everyone need to participate in the Alignment portion?

No. Participation is voluntary. The educational portion can stand on its own, and individual hands-on participation can be offered according to the format, setting, and comfort of the group.

Can this be integrated into an existing retreat, training day, or team event?

Yes. Programs can be incorporated into an existing schedule or delivered as a dedicated standalone engagement.

Do you travel?

Yes. Select engagements are available throughout the United States and internationally. Travel and logistical requirements are established in advance as part of the proposal.

How many people can participate?

Shorter programs are best suited to smaller groups. Half-day programs are designed for up to approximately 20 first-time participants. Full-day formats can accommodate larger groups, with the exact structure determined by whether participants are new to the work or returning.

Can organizations book follow-up or recurring programs?

Yes. Returning teams can be supported through follow-up sessions, seasonal programs, recurring engagements, or customized longer-term arrangements.
