These practices are designed to gently interrupt ongoing stress patterns and re-introduce moments of baseline — without force, effort, or discipline.

How this guide works

Each reset is brief, simple, and designed to be used in real life.

You may:

  • Use one reset at a time

  • Repeat the same reset whenever needed

  • Spend as little or as much time as feels appropriate

There is no correct outcome.

This guide works best when used gently and repeatedly, not intensely.
