Corporate Wellness & Leadership Teams
Nervous-system education and experiential programs for organizations navigating sustained pressure, demanding workloads, communication, change, and performance.
BrainReboot.org brings nervous-system education and Alphabiotic Alignment into the workplace through structured team experiences designed to be practical, engaging, and directly relevant to professional life.
Participants explore how accumulated stress and nervous-system state can influence focus, adaptability, communication, recovery, decision-making, and performance under pressure — then have an opportunity to experience the work directly.
Programs are available for leadership teams, companies, professional organizations, technical and high-performance teams, and workplace wellness initiatives.
On-site programs available throughout the United States, with select international engagements.
Why Nervous-System State Matters at Work
Every person brings a nervous system into the workplace.
Workload, deadlines, uncertainty, interpersonal dynamics, sustained concentration, travel, competition, responsibility, and organizational change can all place demands on that system.
Over time, accumulated stress can influence how people focus, communicate, recover, adapt, make decisions, and respond under pressure.
This program gives teams a practical framework for understanding those patterns without turning the workplace into a clinical environment.
Participants learn to recognize the relationship between nervous-system state and areas such as:
Focus and mental clarity
Communication and responsiveness
Adaptability under pressure
Recovery from sustained demand
Decision-making and problem-solving
Body awareness and physical tension
Resilience and sustainable performance
The objective is not to tell people how they should feel or perform. It is to give them a clearer understanding of the system they are already using every day — and an experience that makes that understanding tangible.

Programs can be adapted to the people, environment, and demands of the organization while maintaining the same foundation of nervous-system education and experiential work.

A Structured Experience, Adapted to Your Organization
Every engagement begins with a defined program format and is then adapted to the organization, participants, setting, and objectives.
The core experience can include:
Nervous-System Education
A clear, accessible framework for understanding stress, protection, recovery, adaptation, and performance.
Experiential Demonstration
Practical demonstrations that make nervous-system concepts observable and relevant to the people in the room.
Individual Alphabiotic Alignment
Where appropriate, participants can experience Alphabiotic Alignment individually as part of the larger program.
Group Integration
Time to connect the experience back to communication, leadership, performance, recovery, workplace demands, and everyday life.
Pre-Event Planning
Each engagement is scoped in advance around participant numbers, schedule, location, room requirements, organizational goals, and logistics.
Corporate Program Formats
Programs are structured around the amount of time available, number of participants, and depth of experience appropriate for the organization.
Team Introduction
60–90 minutes | Best for smaller teams
A focused introduction combining nervous-system education, experiential demonstration, and individual Alphabiotic Alignment where appropriate.
Well suited for leadership meetings, wellness initiatives, team development days, and organizations looking for an introduction to the work.
Programs begin at $1,750.
Half-Day Workplace Program
Approximately 3–4 hours | Up to 20 first-time participants
The flagship organizational format.
The half-day creates enough space for meaningful nervous-system education, individual experiential work, and integration without unnecessarily rushing participants through the process.
It can stand alone or be incorporated into an existing company retreat, leadership off-site, wellness day, or team-development program.
Half-day programs begin at $3,500.
Full-Day Organizational Program
Full-day format | Approximately 30–40 first-time participants
Designed for larger teams and organizations where more participants need enough individual time to experience the work while maintaining the educational and group components of the program.
Full-day programs are individually scoped.
Ongoing & Returning-Team Programs
Organizations that have completed an introductory engagement can continue through follow-up days, quarterly programs, seasonal engagements, or other recurring formats.
Returning groups can also accommodate substantially greater participant volume because the introductory education and first-time process have already been established.
Recurring programs are individually designed and proposed.
What Organizations Can Take From the Experience
The value of the program extends beyond the time participants spend in the room.
The experience introduces a practical nervous-system framework that participants can continue applying to the way they understand stress, pressure, recovery, communication, performance, and their own patterns of response.
For organizations, the program can support:
A Shared Language Around Stress and State
Teams gain an accessible framework for discussing nervous-system state without requiring a clinical or diagnostic approach.
Greater Awareness Under Pressure
Participants are encouraged to notice how their own state may influence focus, communication, decision-making, and responsiveness.
A Different Approach to Recovery
The program expands the conversation beyond simply pushing harder or taking time off, introducing nervous-system state as another consideration in sustainable performance.
Experiential Learning
Rather than receiving information alone, participants have an opportunity to connect the educational material with direct personal experience.
A Memorable Shared Experience
The combination of education, demonstration, and individual participation creates a team experience that differs substantially from a conventional workplace wellness presentation.
Practical Relevance Beyond the Workplace
Participants can carry the framework into training, relationships, health practices, recovery, personal development, and everyday life.
What Organizers Need to Know
Programs are designed to integrate cleanly into an existing workplace, off-site, retreat, or team environment. Final requirements are confirmed during the planning process.
Space & Setup
A private or semi-private indoor space with enough room for the presentation and individual experiential work is generally sufficient. Specific room and equipment requirements are confirmed according to the program format and group size.
Participant Clothing
Alphabiotic Alignment is performed fully clothed. Comfortable everyday or professional clothing is generally appropriate.
Participation & Consent
Participation in the hands-on portion is voluntary. The experience is explained beforehand, and each participant can decide whether they wish to take part.
Timing
The schedule is established around the selected program, number of participants, and the organization’s existing agenda so the experience can be incorporated without unnecessary disruption.
Privacy & Professionalism
Individual experiences are treated respectfully. Participants are not required to discuss personal information or their experience with the larger group.
Accessibility & Individual Considerations
Organizers can communicate relevant accessibility or logistical needs in advance so the program can be planned appropriately.
Traveling Programs
For engagements outside the local service area, travel, accommodations, and necessary ground transportation are established in advance as part of the proposal and logistics process.
Scope of the Work
These programs are educational and wellness-focused. Alphabiotic Alignment is non-medical and is not presented as diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, physical therapy, or a replacement for appropriate healthcare.
