Retreats & Private Groups

A grounded nervous-system experience for retreats, private gatherings, wellness communities, and curated groups.

Nervous-system education can become especially meaningful in environments already centered on reflection, growth, recovery, connection, or personal development.

These programs combine clear education with direct experiential work so participants can better understand how stress, protection, recovery, and nervous-system state relate to the way they move through the rest of the retreat experience.

Alphabiotic Alignment can be incorporated as an individual hands-on component within the larger group program, allowing participants to experience the work directly rather than only hearing about it.

Programs can be integrated into an existing retreat schedule or delivered as a dedicated half-day, full-day, or private group engagement.

Why This Fits Retreat Environments

Retreats often create the time and space for people to notice themselves differently.

When participants step out of normal routines, work demands, and familiar environments, there can be more room for reflection, learning, recovery, and direct experience.

Nervous-system education can add a useful layer to that process by helping participants better understand how stress, protection, adaptation, and internal state may influence the way they experience the rest of the retreat.

The work can complement existing practices such as movement, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, coaching, group discussion, or other wellness and personal-development programming without replacing them.

The intention is simple: give participants another practical lens through which to understand themselves — and an experience they can feel directly.

How It Can Fit Into Your Retreat

The program can be adapted around an existing retreat schedule rather than requiring the retreat to be reorganized around the work.

Opening Education & Group Experience
A clear nervous-system presentation introduces participants to stress, protection, adaptation, and nervous-system state before moving into experiential demonstration.

Individual Alphabiotic Alignment
Participants who choose to take part can experience Alphabiotic Alignment individually. For first-time groups, simple pre- and post-alignment observations may be incorporated where appropriate.

Integrated Into the Retreat Schedule
Individual Alignments can be delivered within a dedicated block or incorporated around other programming, depending on the size and rhythm of the retreat.

Half-Day Program
For groups of up to approximately 20 first-time participants, a half-day provides space for education, individual experience, and integration.

Full-Day or Larger Retreat Program
Larger groups can be accommodated through a full-day format or a program designed around the retreat’s existing schedule.

Returning Groups
Retreat communities that have already experienced the introductory work can incorporate follow-up Alignments into future gatherings with a more streamlined format.

The goal is to support the retreat that is already being created — adding a nervous-system component without competing with the practices, facilitators, or purpose already in place.

Retreat & Private Group Formats

Programs are adapted to the size, schedule, location, and rhythm of the gathering.

Retreat Introduction

60–90 minutes | Smaller groups

A focused nervous-system presentation and experiential introduction that can be incorporated into an existing retreat schedule.

Individual Alphabiotic Alignment can be included where appropriate for the group size and available time.

Programs begin at $1,750.

Half-Day Retreat Program

Approximately 3–4 hours | Up to 20 first-time participants

A more immersive format combining nervous-system education, experiential demonstration, individual Alphabiotic Alignment, and integration.

This format works particularly well when the retreat leader wants the nervous-system component to become a meaningful part of the overall experience rather than an additional presentation.

Half-day programs begin at $3,500.

Full-Day Retreat Program

Full-day format | Approximately 30–40 first-time participants

Designed for larger retreats or gatherings where sufficient time is needed for both the educational component and individual first-time experiences.

Full-day programs are individually scoped.

Returning Retreats & Communities

For communities that gather repeatedly, follow-up programs can become part of future retreats without repeating the entire introductory format.

Returning participants can be accommodated more efficiently, allowing the work to integrate into larger gatherings or recurring programs.

Recurring and multi-event engagements are available.

Destination Retreats

Programs are available for select destination retreats throughout the United States and internationally.

For traveling engagements, the professional fee and necessary travel requirements — including appropriate transportation, accommodations, and ground travel — are established clearly in advance as part of the proposal.

For Retreat Leaders & Organizers

The program is designed to be straightforward to host and easy to integrate into the larger retreat experience.

Planning
Before the retreat, we’ll coordinate participant numbers, available time, location, room setup, scheduling, and any relevant accessibility or logistical considerations.

Space & Equipment
A suitable indoor or protected space is generally sufficient. The specific setup and equipment requirements are confirmed in advance according to the program format.

Participant Clothing
Alphabiotic Alignment is performed fully clothed. Comfortable retreat or everyday clothing is generally appropriate.

Voluntary Participation
The hands-on portion is voluntary. Participants are introduced to the experience beforehand and can decide individually whether they wish to participate.

Respect for the Existing Program
The nervous-system component is designed to complement the retreat’s existing practices and facilitators rather than compete with them.

Destination Logistics
For traveling programs, transportation, accommodations, ground travel, scheduling, and other necessary logistics are established before the engagement is confirmed.
